As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing service to each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently, with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. You will be responsible for promptly greeting guests, accurately taking orders, preparing and delivering all beverages and food, providing quality checks, pre-bussing, receiving payment and transactions. The bartender also assists with transporting dishware to the kitchen and doing assigned side work and closing duties. A qualified applicant must be 21 years of age or older, have excellent communication skills, the willingness to work with others as a team, and exert fast-paced mobility between the dining room and kitchen for periods of up to 6 hours in length.
